Prepared or Unprepared? Your Choice!
Prepared
With this option your miniature will arrive ready for you to paint. We try to remove all supports, sand visible support marks, fill draining holes and take care of any other imperfections.
Note: While we strive to prepare your miniature to the highest standard, please understand that achieving a 100% perfect, flawless surface on every miniature is difficult. Our goal is to deliver a miniature that is game-ready and looks fantastic on the tabletop. If you're aiming for a competition-level or display-quality paint job, you may still need to perform some additional fine-tuning to your liking.
Unprepared
With this option, we only remove the main support structure. The remaining surface treatment, including the removal of smaller supports, sanding, and hole filling, will be done by you.
Note: The amount of work required for unprepared miniatures can vary depending on the specific model. Some miniatures may require more extensive cleaning and preparation than others, even within the same price range.
※ Some unprepared miniatures might look a little dusty upon arrival. This is often due to a water residue left after cleaning them during production and does not indicate any problem with the product. You can easily remove the residue by gently brushing the miniature with a soft, thick brush, such as a make-up brush.
